This park is also known as Pirate Park. It is favored for the amazing playground which has a sand ground. It is suitable for 3-16 years old. But plenty to do for toddlers if supervised. Teenagers will like to use the zig wire. Children love to play in the pirate ship. There is a water fountain next to the equipment for the younger one. So, expect to find puddles. It is most certain that you will bring some sand home. 

There are some football pitches and sport pavilion. 

It is possible to walk around the park which it make popular for dog walkers. Buggy friendly.

Car Park is free.  Woody's Cafe on site (8-16:30 opening hours might vary) with a soft play area. 

Toilet facilities are open only during café opening hours. 

In most evening you will find a food van parked at the entrance which sell hot food and cold drinks.
